Dave B. was kind enough to send along a screen shot from video of the Moose Cross race. Kids, this is what happens when you catch your handlebar around a length of rebar at speed. Lucky for me the rebar was capped, and my trusty Garmin HR monitor took the brunt of the fall. Seeing it in replay make me count my blessings...
