Plan On Ririe Reservoir For Tomorrow's TNR.

The TNR has a tradition of a yearly ride to the east end of the Ririe Reservoir on or around the summer solstice. This is typically the longest Tuesday night ride of the year. Depending on the exact route choices, plan on a ride in a low 50 mile range. Tony wants to ride the River Road near Cress Creek on the return. I told him we would put that to a popular vote.
As of this moment the weather forecast looks favorable for tomorrow night. Like every TNR, plans are subject to change based on conditions.

Chick-a-Saw Ride (the fun Crusher alternative)

Anyone want to join us for the fun? How about a mere 5000’ of climbing over friendly terrain accessed after sleeping in the comforts of your very own bed!

Votes are now being gathered for Friday the 10th or Saturday the 11th.

We’re also recruiting drivers for our own chuckwagon way stations. If you know anyone interested in hauling water into the woods for some sweaty folks in lycra let us know. They too are invited to join us at the top of Chick Creek Road or along Sawtelle or at the Summit without all that nasty cycling uphill to get there!

Reply with your vote for day and/or start time. We promise to seriously consider every reply before coming to our own arbitrary decision!

-Jeff

P.S. Feel free to pass this along to your friends, but Caveat Emptor
- if they plan to post the ride to Strava they’ll be roundly ridiculed - this one’s for fun!
