Hi Team, Parents, and Friends:

 

SAVE THE DATE: Thursday, March 21 from 7-8:30pm. Join us at the Romance Theater to watch some of the world's best bike films! Filmed By Bike partnered with NICA to offer teams like ours a chance to host a showing of their Adventure Shorts program (watch trailer). We hope to FILL the theater with people who love biking and with friends and family members who don't yet know they love biking! Tickets will be $5 each.

 

We have some GREAT RAFFLE PRIZES!! Every ticket purchase will include one entry to the raffle drawing. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased the night of the event. So far, prizes include: passes to Edge Climbing Gym, a season pass to Grand Targhee bike park, an Osprey pack, Adidas and Five Ten shoes, and more!! 

 

We have three motives for hosting this event: 

1. Gather our cycling community together to raise stoke for bike season.
2. Bring awareness to our mountain bike team and NICA (recruit new riders, new coaches, new sponsors).  
3. Raise some money to purchase and maintain team equipment in 2019.

 

Here's how you can help:

• Save the date! Mark your calendar now for Thursday, March 21.
• Consider friends and family members who will enjoy coming to this event with you. Invite them now!
• Watch for another email announcing that ticket sales are open--hopefully, by mid-February.
• Consider whether you can help with any of these things and let me or Rachel know ASAP:
• Graphic design of posters
• Donate an awesome raffle prize
• Help with ushering, ticket pick-up, etc. from 6-7:05pm on Thurs March 21.
